Graduate Teaching Assistant Ph.D. Student Lindo received her undergraduate, Honors, Master's degrees in African languages and Linguistics from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is mainly interested in the field of sociolinguistics. She is the instructor of record for ZULU 1001, so she hopes to incorporate her native language (isiZulu) into her sociolinguistics research.
