Since 2014, the Linguistics Society at the University of Georgia and the Department of Linguistics have endeavored to put on a yearly conference that serves to showcase current scholarly research in linguistics. The Linguistics Conference at UGA, also known as LCUGA [ləˈkʊgə], welcomes presenters from all over the world. Our main mission is to promote interdisciplinarity while creating a space for rising scholars to share their work.
