Friday, October 4th:

  • 12pm: Registration opens (outside MLC 250); coffee/tea available
  • 12:45pm-1:00pm: Welcome
  • 1:00pm-4:00pm: Presentations
  • 4:00pm-5:00pm: Plenary Session
  • ~6:00pm: Friday night mixer, at TBD location downtown

Saturday, October 5th:

  • 9:00am: Registration opens (outside MLC 250); coffee & breakfast available
  • 9:25am: Welcome
  • 9:45am-12:25pm: Presentations
  • 12:30pm - 1:30pm: Provided Lunch, with Undergraduate Poster Session to begin at 1:00pm (MLC 248)
  • 1:35pm - 4:30pm: Presentations
  • 4:30pm - 5:30pm: Plenary Session
  • 6:30pm - 8:30pm: Reception, at TBD location
